There are 5 of us. We’re from Japan, Canada and Scotland. We like words and music (although not exclusively). We’re going to make your feet tap and your hips pop.

Three brothers, a friendly fiddler and finnie playing honest tunes and paying homage to the past, present and future and the people who’ve made us who we are – raggle taggle, if you will. We hail from the northeast banks of the Don but migrated further and further south and are now based in Edinburgh.

We have all studied and now live in Edinburgh, and this opportunity provides us with the chance to support one of the best bands to come out of Scotland in recent memory, in the city that we have all come to love!
Having experienced Hogmanay in Edinburgh we know that it’s an unrivalled experience anywhere in the world and would consider it both an honour and an amazing opportunity to perform!

Blend folk, rock, latin, punk, reggae, shake them around a bit and take yourself off to a distant place and you’ve found their sound. And what a sound it is- they really are making some great music.

4 years ago Danny Gruff was a solo artist.3 years and about 450 shows later,Frank Turner & Mumford and Sons made a baby to create his band!
